Sugar glider sleep.

Can I change my gliders' sleeping habits effectively and efficiently without doing harm to the gliders?  If so, how?

Yes, you can adjust the sleep cycle of Sugar Gliders.  Gradually change the periods of light and darkness.  For example, if you usually turn off the lights at 10:00, turn them off at 9:30 for a few days, then 9:00, etc.  At the same time, make it light earlier in the morning.
