hi I have done lots of research on sugar gliders and am really interested in getting one but I was wondering whether it is a necessity to play with them at night every night and if so for how long. also I was wondering if they were legal were I live  as I am from the united kingdom (England)

Dear Andrew:

 I am happy to hear you are researching prior to acquiring such a pet.  We recommend you interact with your sugar glider several hours a day (2-4 is best).  It will enhance the bonding the more you interact.  Play time helps with bonding and gives the sugar glider exercise out of its cage.  

  Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the laws in other countries regarding exotics.  Here in the United States, each state has its own laws governing exotic animals.  I would check with your local laws governing exotic pets.
