Glider not using arm

Question
I took both my male and female gliders out of town with me this weekend as I normally do.  We had a flat and I laid them on the front seat in their pouch.  My friend failed to notice they were in the seat and sat on the pouch.  I immediately hollered and she jumped up.  I scooped them up and took one at a time out of the pouch to check on them.  They were not acting funny or making any noises that would indicate they were hurt.  I took my baby girl out first.  I've had her for 2 months now and she was moving around fine with no visible signs of injury.  Before I could put her in a 2nd pouch my baby male, I've had for 1 month, jumped from the pouch in my lap to the side of the car and into the back seat.  My daughter caught him and placed him into the 2nd pouch by himself.  I assumed he was fine since he was so actively jumping around.  During our 2 day trip I left them alone for the 1st day as to lessen the trauma from the car ride and on the 2nd day I carried them around in their pouch.  I never heard any unusual noises coming from either of my babies.  This morning when we were loading up to come home I took them both out to de-poop and de-pee them prior to travel and noticed my male was not using his right hand to climb onto my arm. I am extremely worried his arm is broken as he chooses not to use it.  If I touch it or move it he doesn't bite me or scream out in pain so I'm not really sure what it could be.  If it is broken can it be corrected and will he be able to live a full life with this issue?  I have a vet I can take him to I am calling them tomorrow.  They specialize in small pets like sugar gliders.  I'm just really worried about him.

Answer
I would try not to worry too much being you will have them to the vet by morning..
it could be something like a sprain or small fracture.. the Vet will be able to tell you best.. he will most likely use x-ray or ultrasound technology.. animals often times do not show any signs of injury and so even though he may be hurting he might not express that..

feed & water as usual & let him rest..

Best of Luck
