I HAVE A BABY CHINESE WATER DRAGON I GOT HIM ON THE 5 OF THIS MONTH HE ATE THE 2 DAY I GOT HIM HIS BASKING SPOT IS BETWEEN 80F AND 90F IS THAT OK AND HE IS ALWAYS IN THE CORNER OF HIS TANK BY THE BASKING SPOT IS THAT NORMAL

Your cage temperature needs to be between 84-88F and the basking spot needs to be 95F. The cage will also need to have @ 80% humidity, allowing it to dry out once per day is a good idea as well though. He is too cold and stressed to eat, fix his heat and maintain his humidity requirements and he should begin eating again after a few days.
