Bearded dragon health

My bearded dragon is acting strange I think hes gonna die please help hes not alert and sleeping a lot
Anf keeping is mouth open for like 5 mins every ten minutes

Hello Braden,

I am sorry to hear about your dragon.  
How long has he been acting in this fashion?
What is your tank setup like, are you using a UVB light?  If so, what type & brand do you use?  A fluorescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?
What are the temperatures in the tank & what type of thermometer do you use to measure them?
Are you using a loose or solid substrate in his tank?
It is possible that he could be too hot, or badly impacted.

A picture of him would be great, if possible.
