Most things that glow (like fireflies) aren't likely to be healthy to ingest and most such things in nature are a warning of toxicity. I'm sure you could research this basic question yourself, but my advice is stick to what is known safe to feed them, and for that you need to consult a webpage dedicated to Water Dragons. If you don't see it on anyone's safe list, then don't use it. Simple as that.
