breaded dragon is sick?

He is all puffed up in his thoat and it is black, the does not move, drink or want to eat. he also has gup coming from this mouth and eyes. Is he sick or dieing? he is 8 years old.

 Yes, your beardie is sick and should see a veterinarian right away.  The blackened beard is a stress sign, but if mucus or fluid is coming from his mouth and eyes, it sounds serious.  Please do not wait on getting him to a reptile specialist!  To find a vet:
