my pet bearded dragon gone strange

hello in the last hour my beared dragon beard gone black and now he defending anyone or any movement near him and i tried to feed him with the food he loves but i covered the change up to leave him but why his beard and his mouth wide open also i opened the change and he ran for it but he seems calm when i picked him up but had his mouth and beard was still at full use and now i even i tap one key on my laptop he getting more annoyed.

 How old is he?  If he's six months old, he may be hitting puberty.  If he is older and has never done this before, I would suggest a visit to the vet.  He may have hurt himself and is reacting to pain.  Rule out a medical problem first, and then if there is none, make sure his habitat is up to speed, if that's also good, there's a chance that it's just hormones.
