Question
QUESTION: hey I just got one and now he is sneezing. is there something wrong with him? i am feeding him and have the uv lights and am making sure i spray him.

ANSWER:  I would have him checked by the vet anyway to see if there is anything in his nares that is irritating enough to cause the sneezing.  This could be a piece of old shed or dust from the substrate. Is there a damp layer of substrate under a dry layer? If not, please remember to keep the bottom of the substrate moist.  Also make sure the temps are optimum, 95F Basking area, 85F ambient, and 70F night.
Lacerta are gorgeous lizards, I bet he is a charmer!

QUESTION: ok now one more question. what does it mean if his eyes are puffing and making his face look more like a frog than a lizard? thank you for your help it means a lot

Answer
Could be he is starting to shed then.  The old skin is ready to detach, so his sneezing is from the old skin in the nares as I had said.  The eye pops and when it returns to normal, you should see old skin lifting from around the eyes and start peeling back.  Misting at this time is a good help with shedding.  Do not attempt to assist by peeling, as you can damage underlying new scales by doing so.
