Question
Does incadescent red night bulbs give off uvb? Also, do you know the estimated price of one red bbulb? Last, is it true reptiles can't see these type of lights at night time? Thanks for all your help

Answer
Red light do not give off UVB.  Only fluorescent tubes and mercury vapor bulbs can give off UVB.  Reptiles CAN see red light, so it is not a good night heat source at all.  If the species of lizard you have needs additional night heating, a ceramic heat emitter on a rheostat will be perfect.  They last for years and emit no light while properly warming the tank at night.
