bearded drag wit penis out

i gave my bd a bath then after that his penis came out and hasent gone back yet. is this a problem.

Yes.  Two options for you - lube up the penis w/ some KY jelly or similar substance and gently try and push it back in, you could use a Q-tip if you wanted. Or take him to the vet and him/her give it a try. But it can not stay on the outside like that.  If it is not back in within 24 hours seek veterinary attention.
