Color

I have a bearded dragon that's looking a little yellow. He's never been this color before and there's nothing yellow in his "home". He's also very sunken in and lays around all day sleeping and doing nothing. Is it possible it's a fungus or disease of some type?

Uh, that doesn't sound too good.  It sounds like he could be dying, or extremely ill.  How long has he been like this for?
Can you post a picture of him for me?  Quickly.
How old is he?  What do you feed him?
What are his temps & how do you take the temps?
What is his UVB, the type & brand, a flourescent tube or a compact or coil?  What type of basking light are you using?
His eyes, are they sunken in?  Are they closed or open?  
The yellow color is most likely liver failure, or just extreme illness.
You need to get him to a vet to get a bloodtest done & get him analyzed.
