Feeding Leopard Geckos

My gecko is 5 years old. He is blind, and has to be hand fed food. Lately, he has stopped eating. He is refusing any kind of food, including insects. Besides insects, is there any other kind of meat I can try to get him to eat?

Oh that is too bad your gecko is blind!  
You can try some chicken or turkey babyfood, he might like that.  See if you can get him to lick that off of your finger.  They usually like the flavor.
What caused him to become blind?
Is he losing weight right now?
