Answer
Hello Charles,

The mountain horned dragons you have, are they both female?  Or do you have a male & a female & are they housed together?  How old is she?
She could possibly be having some nutritional problems.  What type & brand of UVB light do you use, a florescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?  How old are the UVB lights?
What are the temperatures in the tank, & what type of thermometer do you use to measure the temperatures?  A stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
What is the humidity in the tank?  What type of substrate are you using for her?
You can use a sterile saline solution from the store to help flush the eye out.  Is her eye swollen?  If this persists, you will need to get some antibiotic eye ointment if the eye is getting infected.  I can direct you to a site to where you can get that from.
Can you post a picture of her?
If she is not eating, then you will need to start intervening with some chicken, turkey or beef babyfood daily if she is losing weight.  Do you supplement calcium for her?  There is a product called critical care that is very good in helping them gain weight.  It is a little hard to find but vets have it most of the time.  I can probably dig up a website to get it from.
Bee pollen helps greatly with appetite stimulation too & you can find that easily at a health food store or in the pharmacy area of any drug store.
