My leopard gecko :(

My leopard gecko is about a year old and recently she hasnt been eating.She wont open her eyes and today i found her in her water dish,So we put her in some warm water and the blood came out of her rectum.She was so weak we thought she was dying so we kept her with us and tried to give her water.Her mouth was opened a bit so she got a little but just ended up spitting it out.Eventually she seemed a little cold so i put her back in the cage and right away she kind of walked around and the made the little "growl" and out came more blood.What could be the problem?

Wow she is not doing well.  Blood coming out with or without a stool is not good news.  She could have hookworms or a parasite from something.  Do you keep her water dish cleaned out daily?  
What types of foods do you feed her?
Is she eating anything now at all?  If she is not eating & is losing weight, then you will need to go ahead & get some babyfood such as chicken or turkey babyfood to get into her.  You can use a plastic syringe or a plastic dropper to drip onto the end of her nose.  You can also add some powdered calcium into the mixture as well.
Do you have a vet you could take her to?  We need to fix this problem immediately though.  I would suggest getting a fecal done on her to determine what could be the problem.
