Hello again Charlotte

If you cant take him/her to a vet (whitch I highly reccomend) go to a pet store and look for a bottle of dry tail I do belive this is used for aniamls other then hamsters if it is only for hamster I think you can still use it but ask the staff to help you find one thats for all small animals before settling on dry tail.
