Pimple on jr. buck genitalia

My daughter has a tan jr. buck that appears to have a pimple on his genitalia. It looks like a small pimple full of pus. I'm wondering what to do about it.

Dear Rain,

In that location, it could be painful.  Rather than handle it yourself, (Improper handling could make this worse) I would get the bunny to a good rabbit vet:

for examination to see if the lesion should be drained under local anesthesia, and then properly disinfected with povidone iodine solution.  Or if it should just be left alone.  Since I can't see it, I'm sorry I can't tell you that.  An in-person exam by a vet really is necessary.
