AnswerDear Robin,
Please get him to a good rabbit vet immediately:
www.rabbit.org/vets
If the paresis is due to a traumatic soft tissue injury, time is of the essence, and a short-acting corticosteroid could make a big difference, though this will be at the discretion of the vet. Some conditions contraindicate the use of steroids, which some vets won't use at all for rabbits.
Please read:
www.bio.miami.edu/hare/paresis.html
for more information on the causes and treatments of this problem, but get the bunny to the vet ASAP.
I hope this helps.
