running temperature & losing hair

My darling pet, Thumper, is running a fever & losing his hair. He is about 3 years old. Please advise me as to what might be happening.

This isn't a lot of information for me to work with.  If he is running a fever, your best bet is to get him to a rabbit-knowledgeable veterinarian to have him evaluated.  There are any number of reasons he is losing his fur, which may or may not be related to what is causing the fever.
