Rabbit loss of fur and thinness

Question
I have a pet netherland albino dwarf..she is 9 years old and she is losing fur on her front paws and skin is exposed. Also she has a small lump on her neck that you can see when you pull the fur away. She has been losing weight as well and all these combined have me very concerned as we have had her since she was a 6 week old bunny. We feed her rabbit pellets and carrots along with vitamins in her water. Can you tell me if i should be concerned? I would like an idea of how to treat her if treatment is needed at all. Thank you :)

Answer
Has she had a well bunny check from a rabbit-knowledgeable vet?  Older rabbits tend to get lumps and bumps, and it's always good to check them out to make sure they aren't cancerous.  The fur loss on her paws is odd, does she lick them a lot?  Older rabbits also tend to lose weight, if you can supplement her diet with maybe bananas or banana baby food or canned pumpkin or other things of this sort she might eat it could help.

I would definitely have the lump checked, and then make sure that she doesn't have a fungal infection which would cause fur loss.

9 is a wonderful age for a rabbit.  I know one rabbit who is 12 1/2!
