My Rabbits Will At Times, CHASE EACHOTHER AROUND THE CAGE REALLLY FAST! [Im 11]. I Have A Dwarf And An Unknown Breed, They Got/Get Along Really Well! Heres A Picturee. Why Would They Be Doing This?

Answer
Hi,

there can be several reasons why. First, for play.  Second, one may be trying to assert dominance over the other and the more submissive one is trying to get away.  Sometimes this happens because one wants to be 'first in line' for the new food just given to them.  Also it does happen when rabbits fight, but I know in your case, this is not why this is happening.

Glad you have a normal pair of rabbits.  Make sure they get at leat 3-4 hours of exercise time outside their cage to stretch and run and play.  You can set up areas for them with pet exercise gates to block off a room for them.  With your folks you can bunny-proof a room (ex. hide/cover electrical cords, remove plants, remove dangerous glass items they could knock over off tables, etc, put a litterpan and bowl of water out for them in the room while playing) for them to be safe in while exercising.  For more on bunnyproofing, go here:

and search on the term "bunnyproof".  If you don't yet have a good rabbit vet for them, you can also look here:

to find a House Rabbit Society recommended vet near where you live.
