How big does the hutch have to be for breeding rabbits? We have a really big hutch that me and my dad made and we already have 1 dwarf lop and I would like to get a female to breed with him.

I generally keep my rabbit in a 24X24 inch cage. You will need another cage for the female, because you can't keep a female and male in the same cage all the time. Only can keep them together while breeding. The female will need a larger cage to raise her litter. I would consider buying or building a smaller cage for the buck and if you get a female keeping her in the larger one.
