Dewlap is red and sore

My male rabbit has a very big dewlap.  He is constantly licking it.  It is very red and raw.  Is there anything I can do to help?

A large dewlap itself isn't a problem. But if the red, raw area is right under his chin, then it's possible he's drooling because of a dental problem (e.g., molar spurs), and this is causing his skin to burn.  Please read:
