Question
I got your response and thank you very much!  I called the vet and explained that she 'spazzed out' and couldn't see how or what caused it for that 5-7 seconds.  She regained her composure once I held her and I put her down and off she went like nothing happened.  She mentioned a pharmacist making a 'compound' "banana flavor" for her to be made on Friday.  I said that I want to see if it happens again tonight around 8:30am.  So, far, nothing at all and she has been watched all day.  I am calling her at 8 am on Friday, closed tomorrow due to Thanksgiving.  She was hesitant on giving medicine at first visit, and now seems to want to give it to her now.  My rabbits first vet was George Messenger in Concord, NH.  This vet has worked with rabbits and seems to know, but said she doesn't have a specific bunny degree.  I can go to the one in Bedford, NH which is really close.  Do you think that I should see a rabbit specialist, or put her on medicine that she said 'penetrates the ear bone' and will help her?  I just want the best for my one and only Baby Bailey.  She is almost 6, but I know she can do another 6 here.  She is the only pet, in a private room, gated and wire proofed, the whole bit.  Thank you for your time!  What would you do at this point now that I respoke to my vet?  Holly

Answer
Hi Holly,

I can't find the prior question from you (coldn't find any recent posts to me under "Holly") and I am having a hard time remembering this.  Can you post a follow-up with the prior text of you and me?  Then I can help you out, otherwise I am in the dark.  I can only infer it may have been an inner ear/brain infection or something, without our prior messages.  Thanks, Lee
