My rabbit rather sleep over the wire part of the hutch and use the hiding space with wooden floor as the bathroom.

Sorry I meant rabbits not guinea pigs. I'm also an expert in three other categories including guinea pigs so I got confused sorry but the answer I sent you is still correct.

Hi Tom,
Sorry about that I got all confused sorry. Okay first of all don't use a wire bottom cage for rabbits because this hurts their feet and they can easily get injuries. you can buy a plastic bottom cage and use newspaper as the bedding. He probably doesn't know and theirs nothing you could really do you can try putting some of his poo on the spot wear you want him to go and he may go there.
