is advantage safe for dwarf rabbits

My rabbit has mites and I was told to give him Advantage but I want to be sure it's safe.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

Dear Kathy,

Advantage is safe for rabbits, but as far as I know, it is not  effective against mites.  It works only against *fleas*.  For mite control, you should use Revolution (selamectin), which also controls fleas.

DO NOT use Frontline, which can kill rabbits.  For more information, please read:
