My Female Rabbit is making grunting noises and is trying to stay away from the male, why is she grunting?

This is the way she would be expected to behave if she were pregnant.  If this is the case, note that gestation is normally 28-31 days, and if it has been more than a week since the rabbits mated, then you need to start preparing for babies:
