If for example i don't separate the male from female what could happen???

Well, the female will most likely get pregnant of course. If they are kept together after she gets pregnant, it could be dangerous for the female and the litter. If she gets pregnant with a second litter (this is possible in rabbits), it could result in the death of one or both litters and/or the female.
