Lost Dwarf Bunny

We have a runaway bunny in our backyard (not secure) but he/she seems to like it there and us.  I have been feeding him and the SPCA has no one looking for him.  How do I tame him or catch him and keep him.  He is under our deck and I would like to keep him outside (i.e. Canada cold winters!)  What do I do?

Hi Janice!

The best thing for you to do is ring any local vets and let them know you have found a stray bunny.

To catch him you'll probably need a cat trap, your SPCA should have one, you'll need a hutch, lots of hay and a good quality dry feed for starters.

He/she will need a run attached to his/her hutch, regular vaccinations and neutering providing he/she is healthy enough.
