hi i rescued a drawf bunny from my neighbor i have never owned a bunny before so i found out what to feed him and he has been doing good.About 3 days ago i noticed he was losing patches of hair around his cheeks and mouth.He has a wet look to him like he might be drooling.Any opinions would be very helpful

Unfortunately, you're getting a bit of a Trial By Fire into bunny parenthood, because it sounds as if your little guy may have molar spurs that are causing him to drool.  These are quite common, especially in small, short-faced rabbits.  Please see:
