QuestionI have to rabbits they are Flemish giant crosses and a few days ago i noticed one of the rabbits, Pepper malting alot more than usual, her fur is thining and extremely patchy, Today i noticed that there was something on her nose and i had a closer look and it looks like snot has dried either side of her nostrils. Any idea what this could be or should i take her to the vet?? She has a history of having diarrhea problems with weather changes and in winter often has antibiotics which helps the problem.
AnswerDear Crysta,
Please read these three articles to help you get your bunnies back in good condition:

http://www.bio.miami.edu/hare/sneezing.html
http://www.bio.miami.edu/hare/poop.html
You should get them to a good rabbit vet for complete wellness check and assessment, since fur loss, upper respiratory infection, and chronic messy bottom are all signs that things are not right.
I hope this helps.
