First time mom

Our bunny had her babies sometime though the night. They all had died. She has a nesting box and she had 2 of them outside the box and she had one in the box. How do I know that she is in labor next time? Also how often should I check on her? Is it normal for her to lose her first litter? How long should I wait for her to conceive again? Thank you Laurie

hi laurie-wait about 6 weeks then mate her again.
gestation is 28-32 days but 24 hrs prior to birth they start building a nest and pluck hair off the chest.
lots of first time does loose there litters .
one thing to know is -if a baby is dragged out the nest by the mother , she will not out it back they wont do this and so you have to put it back for her but first you have to take the doe out or she may kill it.put the baby back in the nest and then put the doe back
check them at 24 hrs old (remove the doe first)then check again at about 7 days.7-10 days there eyes will be open.
