anemic, lost a lot of weight

My bunny went to the vet for an exam a couple of months ago we found out she was anemic and her liver functions were low she lost a lot of weight but is gaining it back she was also barely active for a period she is two and a half years old what kind of things should we be doing to help her stay fit?

If she's improving, then you're doing the right things.  A healthy diet is of prime importance:

Ask the vet about vitamin B supplements to help support liver function, and any other supportive measures (e.g., subcutaneous fluids, force feeding with Critical Care) she might need.
