my rabbit rolls along the floor and does back flips and never stays still, why is this?

If this is a recent development, he may have a serious inner ear infection that is causing him to lose balance and roll uncontrollably.  Please read:

for an overview of the causes and treatments of ear infections in rabbits (even if the head is not tilted, the causes and treatments of head tilt and this type of rolling are usually the same.  Find a good rabbit vet to help you here:

and get him there ASAP.  The sooner treatment is begun, the better his chances for full recovery, though it can take some time.
