My First Rabbit

Hi just had my first rabbit and i have saw dust down for him but with him being a lions head he gets covered all the time could you recommend anything else.
In is bed area he has straw.
Also on a night i put a cover over the cage because he is out side is this fine
he is 9 12 weeks old and i am just about to book is injection.
When would i be able to give him carrots etc what treats do you recommend Thank you Vicky

hi! VICKY, saw dust is not good for rabbits. use hay {dry grass}. carrots can start at 2 to 3 months. depends on your bunny big or small in size. treats, parsley, apple, pear, rabbit sticks {from your pet shop}, banana, strawberries ect; every thing else seems fine!
