Sterilization

Hi,

I just sterilized my male rabbit today. I was just wondering how long I have to wait before I can place it together with my female rabbit. Currently, I am keeping it in a separate cage.
Kindly advise.

Hi Saeedah,
I'm really sorry abut the delay of this response, I did in fact answer your question a few days ago but have only just got an e-mail saying it never got to you, so I do apologise.
Keep them seperated for at least 6 weeks as the male will still be fertile, buut really the female needs to be spayed too and if she is to be done then wait another 6 weeks before putting them together as if the male mounts her then it could cause her internal injuries.
