Question
Are Dwarf bunnies ok to be outside? Is it ok to let one bunny alone with out anther bunny? Are Dwarf bunnies playful. If you let your bunny run in the backyard or frontyard will it run away? Are they aloud to run outside?

Answer
The questions you pose can be answered for any type of rabbit.

The first question I'll answer is are they playful.

Some are and some aren't.  There is a myth in which people think that some breeds are more friendlier then others.  In my experience this isn't true.  Rabbits are a lot like people.  Some people are really outgoing, friendly, and playful.  Other prefer to spend time alone.  And many are inbetween. An article to read on this is here: http://www.rabbit.org/journal/2-10/mellow-lops.html

Now the question of it two rabbits will get along.  This is a really tough matter.  Some rabbits will easily get along.  Some take time to get along.  Some will never get along.  Like many animals, rabbits have social language and a hierarchy system.  Many times when introducing two rabbits, it can be a violent affair.  If you want to get two rabbits, try to find a bonded pair from a shelter/rescue or a breeder.  And make sure they both have been altered.  Intact rabbits have more behavior issues when trying to get along because the hormones in their bodies make them more territorial.  Some futther reading on this can be found:

The rest of your questions get to keeping rabbits outside.  First, this can be a very tough life for a rabbit.  Many people do this, but you are exposing your rabbits to much more stress, sickness, and the chance of being attacked and killed be dogs, birds, or other aggressive animals.  And many rabbits may get ignored by their human caregiver when they are kept outside.  If it's something you want to do, you have to keep your bunny in an appropriate location.  And if your bunny does escape the enclosure, it is not likely that they will come back on their own.  They are not like dogs or cats and won't come when you call them.  And if they escape, they can be killed or injured very easily.

If you are considering keeping your rabbit outside these sites list some things to consider so you keep you rabbit in a safe, dry place:
