My sisters lilac rex rabbit

My sister has a lilac rex rabbit hes 4 years old. I noticed something odd under his chest behind his front 2 legs. I noticed a large pouch hanging down and I don't know if its normal. It feels like extra skin but on the bottom it feels a little hard.

I can't see it to really know for sure.  It would be best if you could attach a clear picture and send again.

The location of the pouch is not where you would expect to find a dewlap, and from your description it doesn't sound like a normal part of the anatomy.  

This could be an abscess, a mammary tumor (even males can get them), or any number of other types of lesions, and the only person who will be able to tell is a veterinarian who can examine the lesion in person.  The vet will tell you whether this is something that needs treatment or not.
