Question
I was in my back yard and found 4 baby bunnies (that have fur but can not open their eyes)in a nest. I left them alone but later found one out of the nest so i went to go put it back in and found they were cold and were asleep i thought. I took them inside the house, put some warm air on them so they would dry but still they were not awake. How do you tell if they are Dead? Wouldnt they be stiff and cold? Right now they are nice and warm and back in their nest. We think they got wet from the snow melting. Do you think they are Dead?

Answer
If they were dead, they would be cold and stiff.  If they are warm, then you did the right thing putting them back in their nest.  Their mother is the best one to care for them now, even if the nest wasn't in the best place to protect them from the elements.

Baby bunnies don't open their eyes til about 10 days of age, so you wouldn't be able to tell if they are awake or not.  They look like they are sleeping, as you saw.

I don't think they are dead, but I bet they are warmer and cozier now.
