Rat sitting

I was wondering if I could leave my son's rats for 6 days with food and water. I'm sure the answer is no. I am not having any luck finding someone who will rat sit. Let me know if you know of a place near Ft lauderdale, Fl that can rat sit. Thank you

Your right, its pretty much not a good idea to leave them that long. 24 hours yes, but not almost a week.

You can check with Vets and exotic vet clinics. Since rats do not require vaccines most places board them.  If the receptionist at the desk of the clinic you call thinks rats need vaccines, get her to ask the vet there and if the vet on staff says they need them also, this means  you know your dealing a clinic that is VERY uneducated about rats and this would not be a safe place to leave them.
