Ok. Last night around 6pm I took out my rat Willie he licked my arm and I noticed what looked like blood came off on my arm. It was on his nose so I wiped it off this is the only time its happend and hasn't happend since. But today and last night he seems to want to be in his cage more then out unless I'm eating something. He plays for a lil bit but then goes back in and lays down and goes to sleep like he's tired. Do you have any ideas what could be up? Should I take him to the vet or wait to see if he gets other symptoms?  Also I think he has dandruff because he has white flakes and itches but the flakes don't move and nothing bug wise looks to be on him when I checked

Lethargy and porphin (that red stuff) is a symptom of something wonky going on in his respiratory tract. Can you hear rasping/wheezing from him? Any chest congestion when you hold him to your ear? I'd recommend a wellness check at the vet if you can afford it, just to make doubly sure.
