Rat scratching at eyes

We have a pet rat. Lately as in the last week. She has been scratching at her eyes and acting very unusual. Mainly I'm worried about the eye scratching. and she also has been very lathargic. She will climb up her stairs and gotten on the platform and has fallen off. Something that she has never done. Also it's hard for her to eat out of her bowl. Please help me figure out what is wrong with my rat.

 I can't tell you exactly what is wrong, but it certainly does sound serious.  You need to get her to a vet as soon as you are able to and have her examined.  It may be something neurological or something simple like a respiratory infection but either way she needs medical attention.  I hope she gets better soon, good luck!
