swollen eye and tilted head

hi
i have got 4 female rats and when i was getting them out for cuddles this morning I noticed that one of the younger two Pearl(who is around a year old now) was walking funny, tilting her head to the left, after i picked her up and had a closer look i also noticed that her right eye was swollen. i have tried washing her eyes and cleaning her ears but neither helped. thanks
