despite plenty of space and wood and all kinds of things to run and play on our chipmunk's claws are growing long , what can be done please ?
As a small creature would the vets' give her a heart attack clipping them ?

It would be very stressful for her to go to the vets and have her nails clipped. Does she have any rocks or bricks in her enclosure that would wear down the nails? If that doesnt work looks like a vet is your only option, give your vet a call and ask what they think. Good luck
