Questionmy smallest crab Gwey is the first of my two first crabs to molt!!! I'm worried that he will die because i have heard stories that crabs almost always die during molting. Do you have any tips? My Temp is about 74 degrees and my humidity is at an almost constant 80%.
AnswerThat's not true at all! Though crabs are very vunerable when they are molting and should not be disturbed, the majority of crabs do just fine and with conditions that are correct they have even a higher potential of doing well. Have you provided fresh and salt water?
