QuestionI've had my crab a few weeks now. I can here him bumping aruond at night, and during the day he hides in a hidey spot I have for him. Quite regularly (every other day or so) I hear him chirping. He's not being disturbed, I handle him very gently, and he gets nice vegetables and fruits and crab pellets, and bottled water that I change every three days or so. He's been living in a relatively dark area of my room. Large cage. Also I'm going back to school soon in PA, its a little cold dry and dark there. Will it be alright for him there? Thanks (:
AnswerMake sure that you are watching temperature and humidity, he does need some sort of day/night cycle with light. Cold and Dry would be really difficult for him considering he is from a tropical climate so if you are going to move him you will have to find a way to control the climate in his tank.
