Lost pincher

Me crab Fred lost this big blue pinch and I don't know what I should do I put new food and water and sprayed the cage ang him. I have him in a small cage from petsmart but before I had another one and he lost 4 legs but was dead and fell out out of the shell. So what do I do about his pincher.
