guinea pig seizures?

My friend has 4 guinea pigs, only 1 seems to be having seizures for the past 2 days, besides the seizures her behavior seems normal although she is 7 yrs. old, could this a series of strokes from old age or something else?

It sounds like your friend needs to get her piggy to the vet ASAP. Seizures are a sign of serious or advanced illness and really need to be investigated by a professional, experienced vet.

It could be a severe case of mites or infection, or it could simply be to do with her age. The only way you can know for sure is to get to the vet.
