Orange Urine

Question
Hello, I have found my female guinea pig (about 6-7 months old) has been urinating with a dark orange color recently.  She's been on some antibiotics (now off) for a respiratory problem and "cisipride" (off for about a day) for a possible GI tract problem.  She's a little bit less energetic and less hungry than normal.  She's under the care of a vet, but she's not in the office today.  Is this major cause for concern?  I've seen a variety of answers online saying that this is normal to a calcium buildup to blood.  Please help!

Answer
Yes, it's going to be normal due to calcium build up and antibiotics could even change the color. She is going to be less energetic and less hungry because she is sick and trying to get better, the best things to do are to give the guinea pig vitamin drops in her water for added nutrition and give her some alfalfa hay because alfalfa hay helps guinea pigs gain weight and it's good to give alfalfa to sick and young guinea pigs.
