My pig is ill

Hi! I hope you can help. My 1 yr old male has enlarged genitalia and does not seem to be walking much. His one back leg also seems to sick and and he does not move it. He is not in pain or sensitive to touch. He eats and drinks well, and acts perfectly healthy. I cannot find any info about what this could be? Can you help?? Nicole

Check for a hair or other material wrapped around his penis. It could be cutting off circulation and causing problems. If this isn't the case, he should see a vet. He may have injured himself or have some other form of damage. Something is wrong and he will need to be checked out by a vet.
